What is e Tek Global's SharePoint Dedicated Resource Program?

e Tek Global's SharePoint Dedicated Resource Program (DRP) is a cost saving benefit for customers, which is a pre-defined contract service offering delivered by our SharePoint consultants to develop, deploy or even maintain the SharePoint services. This service offers customers a 3, 6 or 12-month minimum hours per month SharePoint support, new development, workflow and deployment related consulting. Customers will work with a assigned Microsoft Certified consultants to maintain, develop or administer the SharePoint environment. This service will provide cost saving and quality service to the customer as they implement the SharePoint infrastructure.

Some of the highlights of this service include:

  •      Customized Discounted hourly rate. Contact your e Tek Global Account Executive for your customized rate.
  •      As less as 60 hours per month committment
  •      24 / 7 customer assistance.
  •      After hours support number to open help tickets.
  •      Assigned Resource for each customer with backup available. In case, the fully dedicated resource is on    vacation or out sick, someone will be available to take on the calls.
  •      Covers new development, administration or maintenance.
  •      Consulting provided on-site or off-site (VPN connection may be required.)


Engagement Offering

The services provided in the DRP program follows the best practices and the recommended methodology from Microsoft. The services are provided in 3 month contract increments. The longer the contract committment more the discounted price.

What is covered under DRP?

    * New Customized Development
    * SharePoint Customization including branding, templates etc.
    * Administration of the SharePoint environment
    * Backup and Recovery process.
    * Workflows development with SharePoint designer or Visual Studio.

What is not covered under DRP?

    * Any kind of SharePoint or workflow training that is offered as separate service.
    * Any packaged solutions or product developed by e Tek Global that are sold separately.
    * Any kind of support to third party tools or solutions that are not developed by e Tek Global.
